Over the years, the People's Committee of the commune has regularly and continuously carried out the work of skillful mass mobilization and administrative mass mobilization, in conjunction with the tasks of local socio-economic development. Through mass mobilization work, the role and responsibility of leaders in performing assigned duties and tasks are enhanced; and the survey and assessment of the satisfaction level of people and businesses with the implementation of administrative procedure reform are well directed.

Every year, strictly implement Decision No. 7939-QD/HU dated October 2, 2014 of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee on promulgating regulations on direct dialogue between the heads of Party committees, heads of local authorities and the people, organize to listen to people express their opinions and aspirations and exercise their right to mastery while promptly responding to the people's legitimate aspirations.
Organize to improve the operational efficiency of the "one-stop shop" and "modern one-stop shop" departments to shorten the time for handling administrative procedures for the people. Continue to promote administrative reform, improve the quality and efficiency of handling administrative procedures, and implement the modern one-stop shop mechanism. Regularly review expired administrative procedures to ensure the needs of people and businesses to learn and look up.
Continue to propagate and disseminate the Law on Anti-Corruption and the Law on Practicing Thrift and Combating Wastefulness to all cadres, civil servants, and non-professional workers of the commune, in conjunction with implementing transparency in declaring assets and income; Fulfill the responsibilities of the head; receive citizens, resolve complaints and denunciations of citizens. Fully and publicly post all administrative procedures in accordance with regulations, regularly inspect and supervise cadres and civil servants, especially those directly involved in handling administrative procedures, in order to promptly correct their attitudes and working style to avoid causing difficulties and troubles for the people.
